Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur
Jodhpur is famous for the distinctive colour of its buildings, a reminder of the Brahmins, who used to paint their houses blue to deter insects and keep the dwellings cool during the summer. Boat ride on Lake Pichola, Udaipur
Pichola Lake is an artificial fresh water lake and one of the oldest & the biggest lakes in Udaipur. It is central to the main palaces and all the palaces, including the ones floating in the water, that are lit up at night. It’s incredibly atmospheric.
Ranthambore National Park, Sawai Madhopur
Ranthambore National Park is one of the biggest wildlife reserves in Northern India. Considered to be the best place to see the Royal Indian Tiger in the wild the park is also home to a variety of fauna like the crocodiles, deer, leopards and blue bulls, and a large species of birds. You can opt for doing both the morning and evening safaris to increase your chances of spotting a tiger in this beautiful and serene forest.
Fort and sand dunes of Jaisalmer
Deserts, camels, havelis with jharokas (balconies), sand-stone structures and stunning intricate architecture make Jaisalmer a favourite. Visit the magnificent Fort of Jaisalmer, a massive sandcastle rising from the sands, giving us a glimpse of a bygone era and other havelis, visit local markets where you can shop for clothes and artifacts, enjoy local cuisine and stroll through narrow streets soaking in the culture. In the afternoon we will visit the glorious sand dunes on camel back.
